HAVE IT YOUR WAY
Enjoy your smoothie any way you like. Simply add Super Me products to your existing smoothie, or use some recipe ideas below:
1. Add liquid first so the powder doesn't getting stuck on the bottom;
2. Blend in NutriBullet or Ninja for easy cleaning;
3. This makes two tall glasses. I like to have my first tall glass at 11am, after fasting 16-hours, then the second early arvo. If it's a busy day I'll drink it all at once!
RECIPE #1 - Lifelong Wellness
- 400ml Water
- 4 Tblsp Super Me Wellness Blend (50g)
- 1 Tblsp Super Me Miracle Mushrooms (Optional)
- 1 Tblsp Hemp hearts
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/4 Cup Frozen berries
- 1 tsp MCT oil
RECIPE #2 - Nutty Bananas
- 400ml water or nut milk
- 4 Tblsp Super Me Wellness Blend (50g)
- 1 Frozen Banana (buy on special, peel and freeze pieces in container)
- 1 Tblsp Hemp hearts
- 1 Tblspn Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened yoghurt (just pour it in)
- 1 tsp MCT oil
RECIPE #3 - Berry Beauty Bliss
- 400ml water
- 4 Tblsp Super Me Wellness Blend (50g)
- 1 Tblsp Super Me Miracle Mushrooms
- 1 Tblsp Collagen Powder
- 3/4 C Frozen Berries
- 1/4 C unsweetened yoghurt (just pour it in)
- 1 tsp MCT oil
RECIPE #4 - Gym Junkie DOMS Buster
- 400ml water
- 4 Tblsp Super Me Wellness Blend (50g)
- 1 Tblsp Super Me Miracle Mushrooms
- 1 Tblsp Hemp hearts
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp MCT oil
RECIPE #5 - Mango Magic Hangover Cure
- 400ml water
- 4 Tblsp Super Me Wellness Blend (50g)
- 1 Tblsp Super Me Miracle Mushrooms
- 1/2 C Frozen Mango pieces
- 1/4 C unsweetened yoghurt (just pour it in)
- 1 tsp MCT oil
TOP SMOOTHIE TRICKS
- Try other types of nut milks or coconut water;
- Have more or less banana and berries or fruit to your taste;
- Boost with hemp hearts, protein powder, collagen or nut butters;
- Change the amount of liquid depending on how thick you like it;
- If you get it on clothes or benches, wipe or rinse immediately to avoid yellow stains;
- If short on time, make it the night before and just shake the next day;
- Buy bulk, then peel and freeze bananas in halves, SO HANDY!
- Sprinkle over smoothie bowls or add to your porridge;
- Your taste buds develop over time, play around until you find your perfect recipe.
